A compassionate, science-backed roadmap to appetite,
metabolism and life in the age of GLP-1s, from the Head Nutritionist at ZOE
and Sunday Times bestselling author
Includes a foreword from Professor Tim Spector
Appetite is not a test of willpower, but a biological system shaped by the
brain, gut, hormones and the world around us. The rise of GLP-1 medications,
including Ozempic, Mounjaro and Wegovy, has brought this into sharp focus, but
one crucial question remains: how do you eat to support long-term health?
In The Appetite Reset, leading nutritionist and medical
scientist Dr Federica Amati reveals how modern diets disrupt our natural
signals, and how to restore them. Blending cutting-edge science with clear
advice and recipes, she offers practical strategies to protect metabolism,
master appetite and build a sustainable relationship with food.
Whether you want to understand your appetite, are taking GLP-1s, or
adjusting to life afterwards, this is your essential guide to eating well.
'An interesting and informative exploration of the
medication everyone is talking about - the GLP-1s- and the fascinating

'A timely and balanced look at appetite, nutrition and the

simply hype!' - Dr Hazel Wallace
