Synopsis

Re:ZERO - Starting Life in Another World - Chapter 1: A Day in the Capital 02 continues Subaru Natsuki’s struggle in the unfamiliar fantasy world as he becomes more involved in helping Emilia recover her stolen insignia. After experiencing the shock of his “return by death” ability, Subaru realizes he must use his knowledge from previous loops to change the outcome of events. As he retraces his steps in the capital, he encounters the same dangerous individuals, including the thief Felt and the deadly assassin Elsa, but this time he tries to act differently to protect Emilia. The tension escalates as Subaru faces repeated failure, fear, and pain, forcing him to think strategically and grow more determined to break the cycle and achieve a better ending.
