Dr. King taught Korean language and linguistics at the\nSchool of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, from 1990 to\n1994, before accepting his current position. Dr. King's research interests\nrange from Korean historical grammar, dialectology and pedagogy to the\nlanguage, culture and history of the ethnic Korean minority in the former\nSoviet Union. He also serves as Dean of the Korean Language Village at\nConcordia Language Villages, a Korean language and culture summer immersion\nprogram for young people ages 7 to 18 that is based in northern Minnesota.\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cb\u003eJaehoon Yeon\u003c\/b\u003e, Ph.D., is Professor of Korean Language and Linguistics and\nChair of the Centre of Korean Studies at the School of Oriental and African\nStudies (SOAS), University of London.
