Orders

1. How do I place an order?
• Tick (✔) the items you wish to purchase on the textbook list.
• Upload and submit your order.

2. How do I know if my order went through?
A confirmation email will be sent once your order is successfully submitted.

3. Where is my order confirmation number?
Your order confirmation number can be found in the confirmation email.

4. Can I make changes or cancel my order once it’s been placed?
You may still make changes if payment has not been made. For store-pick up orders, you may contact the store directly for assistance. For home delivery orders, you may contact us via Whatsapp.

5. Will I be notified when items are no longer available?
Yes. For home delivery orders, our staff will contact you by Whatsapp within 5 working days from date of submission. For store pickup orders, our store staff will call you via mobile.

6. Am I able to purchase school-specific stationery or exercise books?
No, we offer textbooks only and do not carry school exercise books or school-specific stationery.

Pickup & Payment

1. How do I know when my order is ready for pickup?
A confirmation email will be sent once your order is ready for pickup.

2. What do I need to bring during pickup?
• A copy of your Order Pickup Notice (digital or printed)
• Your POPULAR Membership Card to enjoy member’s benefits

3. How long is the pickup period in store?
Orders will be kept at the pickup location for 7 working days from the date of the collection email.

4. When should I make payment?
• Payment must be made upon pickup at your selected store.
• Present your POPULAR Card/e-Card to enjoy member’s privileges.

5. What happens if I do not pick up my order within the stipulated period?
• Orders not picked up within the specified period will be cancelled.
• Extension of the pickup date is strictly not allowed.

6. When is the latest I can order my textbooks online?
• Textbook Order online closes on 20 December 2026.
• Textbook purchase will still be available at all POPULAR Bookstores, while stocks last.

7. Which stores are available for order collection?
You may collect your order at all POPULAR Bookstores (except POPULAR City Square Mall).

8. Am I able to change my selected store for my order collection?
Please contact the store directly to make the necessary arrangements with the staff. Kindly note that requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds & Exchange

1. Refund & Exchange Policy
• Refunds are not allowed.
• For textbook order exchanges, please bring a printed copy of your order invoice to any POPULAR Bookstores (except City Square Mall and ITE Ang Mo Kio). All exchanges are subjected to product availability.
• Items must be in mint condition.
• All exchanges must be made before 31 January 2027.
